How do I limit how many songs each guest requests?

Open the Songs sheet from Manage → Features and set Songs per guest, from 1 to 50.

Open Manage → Features and press Edit on the Songs card, or press Settings at the top of the Songs tab. Set Songs per guest. It can be from 1 to 50, and every event starts at 10.

Guests can request songs until the party starts and vote until it ends. To change either, open Songs settings and choose Guests can request songs until (When the party starts, A day before or A time you set) or Guests can vote until (When the party ends, When the party starts or A time you set). Guests see on their page when each closes, and moving a time later opens it again. A guest at the limit can still vote for songs already on the list. Lowering the number keeps every song already requested; it only stops new ones.

Songs you, a co-host or your team add are not counted.

The same sheet has Allow explicit songs, which is off for a new event. Off, guests are not offered tracks marked explicit.

On the Songs tab

The tab counts the songs and their votes. Add songs opens one panel: search for a song, start with a starter pack, or bring the favorites over from a past event. Find a song searches titles and artists, and Filter beside it orders the list (Most votes, Just added, A–Z) and narrows it to one genre or decade. A genre or decade chip appears only when songs differ in it, and Filter counts the genre and decade chosen, never the order.

Press a song to play its preview, see its votes, open it in Apple Music, or Remove it. Removing asks for a second press, and the song's votes go with it; it can't be brought back. Remove all, under the list, empties it the same way.
